3. Why advertising poker is more expensive than common poker?
Printing poker is belonging to traditional labor intensive trade. A big poker manufacture factory often can product several hundreds thousand packs daily, 2 or 3 hundred million packs annual. As the plate making, quality inspection and printing is same, it is easy to produce common poker and the cost is much cheaper. The poker’s retail price is usually 2 or 3 Yuan RMB, but its wholesale price is 1 or 1.2 Yuan. The area of 54 cards and the box is 6 times of one piece A4 paper, and the poker is printed two-sided. So its cost is much cheaper than color paper. Normally the profit of one pack is only 0.03 or 0.04 Yuan for most poker manufacture factory.
The reason why advertising poker is more expensive than common poker is as follows：
1）The productivity of advertising poker is much lower than the common poker.
Advertising poker needs its special printing plate and every kind is different. There are many times need to change plate during printing and the adjustment is frequency during the post-press finishing. Therefore the productivity is much lower. It is proved correct by practice that a product line which can produce one million common packs daily only can produce 650 thousand advertising poker if one kind is 50 thousand. If one kind is 10 thousand, the daily production will fall to 290 thousand packs, that is mean the salary cost rise 236 percent.
2）The cost of paper of advertising poker is much higher than common poker.
Usually common poker is made by 240gsm to 255gsm carton board, but advertising poker is made by 260 or 270g per square meter grey core coated paper. Sometimes it made by 300gsm or 330gsm import advanced black core paper which is used in Las Vegas America. The price of one piece of 330gsm advanced black core paper is nearly to 8 or 9 Yuan RMB and one piece only can make two packs. So the cost is much more expensive than common poker which only cost 0.4 to 0.5 Yuan.
3) Attrition rate of advertising poker is higher than common poker.
As we know, the attrition during printing is almost set in stone. The more large quantity of one set is, the attrition rate is lower, and the cost for one pack is cheaper as well and vice versa. Normally the quantity of advertising poker is not large enough, so the cost and attrition rate is higher.
4) Making plate for advertising poker will cost lots of money.
Usually advertising poker has its special plate. The special plate will cost 1000-1500 Yuan (it depends on printing need). The smaller quantity of advertising poker is, the higher cost for one pack is.

4. What is the difference between the materials of poker?
Different poker has its different rigidity, straightness and flexibility which are the standards to value the quality of poker. It also displays the client’s strength. 5. How to design poker?
Please provide relating material (disk, picture or character), we can design poker for you. If you can design it by yourself, you can send the file by QQ or EMS. The format of file can be Freehand, Illustrator or Photoshop and so on. The resolution of picture should be 300-350dpi or higher. If there is some special font, please send the font file as well.

6. Can the general printing factory produce poker?
That is so called”one might be a master in his own special field”. The process of printing poker is much complex, usually it need 16 steps. The general printing factories don’t have special post-press finishing, no more than professional technician. Therefore if you need advertising poker, we strongly suggest you choose the professional factory.

7. What is the least ordering quantity?
Usually it is 10000 packs. The quantity of poker for collecting and small meeting can be less, but its price will be higher.
